How should I care for my Dudley?

Vello & Terry Fleece

  • Machine wash warm, inside out with like colors
  • Hang to dry
  • Do not wash with bleach, use an iron, or dry clean
  • Avoid the use of fabric softener or washing your pieces in the same load with towels

Stretch

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry low; remove promptly
  • Use a cool iron if needed
  • Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed

Waffle

  • Machine wash warm, inside out with like colors
  • Hang to dry 
  • Do not wash with bleach, use an iron, or dry clean
  • Avoid the use of fabric softener

Sherpa Fleece

  • Machine wash warm, inside out with like colors
  • Hang to dry

How do I place an order?

On the product page, scroll down to views sizes and add desired size by clicing the plus sign (+) to add items, and (–) to subtract. These buttons will add items directly to your cart .

Minimum quantities are on all product pages. Once you are done shopping, click the shopping bag at the top right of your screen, then click Check Out on the bottom of your shopping bag.

Enter your contact and credit card information if shopping for the first time. Then, look out for an email confirmation in your inbox which will contain order information, including SKU and SRP information.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Buyer agrees to each order based on the terms and conditions as outlined in their wholesale agreement. Dudley Stephens is not responsible for errors made by Buyer.

When will my order ship, and how long will it take to be delivered?

Typically your order may take up to 5 business days of processing before it is shipped out. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Our shipping timeframes are below:

- Ground shipping - allow 7-10 business days for orders to be delivered, once shipped

*During site sales and holidays when there is a high influx of orders, customers may experience shipping delays

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link.

My order arrived, but an item is missing. What should I do?

Please notify us at wholesale@dudley-stephens.com within 2 business days of receipt if your order has arrived missing an item or with the appearance of tampering.

What payment terms do you accept?

Dudley Stephens accepts the following payment methods:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay Installments. Orders must be paid in full prior to order placement.
Dudley Stephens offers items for purchase only and not on consignment.

Dudley Stephens does not offer net terms.

Can I use my own Shipping Account?

All stores must use Dudley Stephens shipping account. Delivery cost varies based on weight and number of items and will be calculated at checkout. All orders will ship via FedEx.

Do you accept returns?

Dudley Stephens does not accept returns of unsold merchandise.
